This rotary paddle latch is designed for compartment doors for utility Bodies, fire vehicles, and any vehicle that has outside compartment doors. It features a stainless steel design, single stage rotary latch, and includes 4 mounting holes for easy installation.
This handle has an extra safety feature that keeps the paddle raised until the rotary latch is fully closed and latched against the striker pin. Even if the compartment door looks closed, you now can be sure that it is latched securely.
