The Alturna VersaMat was developed to be a more multi-functional ground protection mat for use where a user is looking for the additional benefit of a walking or standing/working surface with a heavy load capacity for construction equipment.

The standard VersaMat has the aggressive AlturnaMat tread on one side but is also available with a smooth surface making it truly versatile.

Alturna VersaMats are the most versatile ground protection mats in the industry. The flat, slip-resistant tread permits pedestrians to walk safely on the mats, yet they are as rugged as the original VersaMats. The reverse side has the same diamond plate tread as VersaMats, providing great traction for vehicles.

VersaMats are also available in an opaque white or clear, making them ideal for safe use as long walkways even in darkened conditions while also allowing light through to help keep grass alive longer during extended periods of coverage. VersaMats are also available smooth on one side.
