The 13-406 includes the 13-400 and 12-foot battery connector cables. It mounts easily inside or externally on the tool box of a service vehicle, and is ideal for occasional use of jump starting both 12 and 24-volt fleet and repair vehicles in moderate climates. This Super Boost-All features 4 studs on the control box to allow connection of either 2 or 4 batteries, and includes 25 feet of 2-gauge welding cable with clamps for easy access to the disabled vehicle. Designed to be user-friendly, the 13-400 has easy to follow instructions and controls mounted where they are readily accessible. A polarity indicator ensures the hook-up is correct, and Antizap surge/spike protection provides increased safety. Voltmeters show the both voltage of the service vehicle and the battery voltage before and during charging.
