For unloading trucks at the construction site, Kinshofer Wallboard Forks are secured against unintentional opening by integral counter balance valve. Available in 12 different configurations, all Kinshofer KM 461C Wallboard Forks have a maximum load capacity of 6,000 Lbs.

  • The universal wallboard fork is a safe and efficient method for delivering sheets of drywall.
  • The tilt cylinder and KINSHOFER rotator ensure accurate positioning.
  • Using a hinged lower section, sheets of wallboard can be lifted and folded into a vertical position and clamped between the tines and frame, preventing the boards from sliding during handling.
  • Security is assured even in case of a drop in pressure due to the SUN counterbalance valve that prevents the fork from opening unintentionally.
  • Semi-tapered forged tines, equipped with rollers to protect sheets and pads prevent damage during unloading can be adjusted easily and a standard centre slide gives an additional support point for your loads.

    The use of a wallboard fork is an efficient and time saving method of moving drywall sheets. It is easier and safer for workers on site to remove the vertical sheets due to the folding of the fork and accurate positioning with the KINSHOFER rotator.

  • All sizes can be delivered with adjustable clamping device for smaller packs.
  • Easy positioning of semi tapered forged tines, equipped with rollers to protect the sheets. Pads prevent damage during unloading.
  • The integrated counterbalance valve prevents unintentional opening of the fork and tipping of the load.

  • Special model with second suspension point. Boards can be removed horizontally through low window frames.
