All bushings are made of a hard-wearing bronze alloy with built-in grease pockets to prevent them running dry.
The proven v-ring seal keeps dirt and water out of the main bearings.
The unique combination of compensator and cylinder has many advantages - guaranteed parallel action, longer life for the piston rod and seals, and significant weight savings compared to conventional solutions .
Load-optimised reinforcements give the buckets the necessary stability. The frame is torsion free, thanks to computer-designed stiffening plates.
The bearings of the hydraulic cylinder and compensator are equally well protected: redesigned bushes with integrated sealing rings on both sides for increased life.
